Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern use of the Just Win Ventures workspace, membership, meeting rooms, events, mentorship, Pitch Fest, investor introductions, technology and MVP services.

Membership: Monthly membership fees apply per seat. Activation requires a security deposit equivalent to two months' membership plus the first month's membership fee paid in advance (total of three months payable at joining).

The two-month security deposit is refundable subject to the signed membership agreement, deductions for outstanding rent, damages or other charges, and applicable law. Refund is not unconditional or automatic.

Renewals: after the first month, members pay the normal monthly membership fee. The security deposit is not charged again at renewal.

Cancellation & termination: governed by the membership agreement, including notice periods and final settlement of deposit and outstanding charges.

Mentorship, Pitch Fest and investor introductions are ecosystem benefits. Funding is not guaranteed. We are not a regulated fund or investment adviser.

Meeting rooms, food plans, 24/7 access, guest policy, internet, printing and workspace rules apply as published and may be updated. Exact deposit refund and adjustment terms are configurable by admin and must be reviewed by legal and tax professionals before launch.
