Refund Policy

Security deposit: the refundable two-month security deposit is settled at membership termination, subject to the membership agreement, deductions and applicable law.

Monthly membership fees and the first-month advance are generally non-refundable once a membership period has commenced.

Any refund, adjustment or settlement is handled according to the signed membership agreement. This policy should be reviewed by the company's CA/legal professionals.
